Lauren was absolutely brilliant with my probate sale. From the start, she just got on with things and really pushed it through, which made such a difference. Probate can be a bit of a minefield and I knew timescales can change, but she always kept me in the loop so I never felt left wondering what was going on.

She was super efficient, quick to respond, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and I never had to chase her — she was always one step ahead of me.

They had obviously taken on too many clients and emailed us to say there would be delays as they were so busy. Sent a contract to sign without meeting with us. When we queried the lease contract it wasn’t a solicitor who replied to us. I really wish we had gone back to them on the price as it was a lot of money for poor service. We will not use them again.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Clare and her team on a couple of occasions and from my personal experience its all been good. Things never run smooth when dealing with solicitors and for many reasons, however, its generally something out of their control. Cheers team for all your help........

No messing around with conveyancing at all. Clare sends you everything as soon as it comes, and they are nicely accessible for hand delivering paperwork. They were much cheaper than the big company I used last time and you even get a direct dial- how often do you get that? The icing on the cake is that when Clare had a holiday halfway through our sale, their previous conveyancer covered and nothing was held up in the slightest.
