Rang with an enquiry about a transaction I wanted undertaken, they said they weren't sure but would get back to me from another of their offices to confirm if they could deal with my request. Never heard anything - No phone call whatsoever - very poor & unprofessional, I won't be using in future that is for sure.

This firm were the "other"solicitors in a potential house purchase of mine. They had to be chased constantly, and were not, in my opinion, always honest with the facts. I was forever having to get either my estate agents, or my solicitor, to try and get information from them. Very disappointing. The estate agents in Denbigh like to push this firm, I'm not sure why.
