Jeremy was excellent as a solicitor handling both my dad's probate and the sale of his house and then later the sale of our house and the purchase of our current property. We have used Jeremy regularly over the past five years and cannot recommend him enough.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Jeremy Saynor at Frederick Hall Solicitors has been an absolute disgrace to deal with. It’s been five excruciating years since my father entrusted this firm to handle the sale of his shares, paying upfront for what we assumed would be a straightforward process. Tragically, my dad passed away, and we’re still nowhere near a resolution.

Jeremy’s constant refrain of “it’ll be a few weeks” has become a cruel joke. Every call, every email, the same empty promise, with no progress to show for it. His incompetence and lack of urgency have brought my mum to tears time and again, as she grapples with the stress and frustration of this never-ending ordeal. It’s not just unprofessional—it’s heartless.

Frederick Hall Solicitors should be ashamed to have such a solicitor on their team. Avoid Jeremy Saynor at all costs unless you want years of delays, broken promises, and emotional distress. We’re still waiting, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Every time he has provided us with excellent services in a friendly and approachable manner and he has gone the extra mile on a number of occasions to ensure everything went smoothly.
