I engaged this firm as they were one of the few to return my call swiftly ( unlike another Warminster solicitor who took almost 2 days ) , to manage the legal side of selling my deceased Mother's house . The fee was fixed , everything made clear and John Riley attentive to how i wanted to proceed. Having originally advertised the house, I switched to auction which required me to have searches done and John did that at a very reasonable cost. I had a higher private offer for the house so took it out of the auction and took a deposit from the buyers. John was adaptable to the new situation and proceeded with the job.
