My boyfriend and I worked with Richard and Donna on our first house purchase and would highly recommend them. They made the process a lot less stressful for us, kept us in the loop when things changed or when important updates were available. They were both friendly and approachable, and responded to questions over email very quickly, offering phone calls for extra support when needed. EDIT: After my review below, I was contacted by a representative who apologised for any inconvenience. It seems there was a mix up with phone numbers. Anyway, I had a very satisfactory meeting with a relevant solicitor. So, all good
I rang them to arrange an appointment with an appropriate person. They promised I would get a call back that afternoon. No call back. I rang the next day to tell them I had not been called, and to check, I had given them the correct number. Again, I was promised a call back, and again, nothing, after 2 weeks,

Please be careful and be prepared to file Your own paperwork. They will charge you and if necessary take you to court for their laziness. Especially the family side of the company. This was an update after the end of the case... Be csreful
