One star is too many. No after service at all after my mother died. Weeks later and still no original will. Avoid this place at costs...talbots law next door is much more professional

Unprofessional conduct causing chain instability
I am currently in a property chain where Jordan's is acting for another party. While I am not their direct client, their complete lack of communication is jeopardizing the entire chain. They have consistently ignored emails and phone calls from other solicitors .Most shockingly, I understand they recently refused to see their own client when they attended the office in person to seek an update. We are working toward a strict deadline due to an expiring mortgage offer; if this chain collapses, it will be due to the negligence and lack of basic communication from this firm. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a proactive solicitor to look elsewhere.

My father used Jordan’s to sell a property to myself the solicitor he got allocated was not great never answered the phone never returned calls to my father or my solicitors we even ended up having to pick paper work up ourselves an delivering to my solicitor over the road
On the Friday the day of completion which she set a week prior she claimed to not receive the money needed off my father to complete the sale which she requested the day before completion when she had a whole week to request this money my sale never went through for this reason she promised it would be sorted first thing Monday morning my father called Monday morning to find out she was annual leave the sale only went through on the Monday as my solicitor paid the fee’s to Jordan’s then refunded my father the money 2 weeks later what they claimed never to receive I would say AVOID if you want a stress free sale …

We have used Jordan’s before to do a wills, service was ok. I have tried to use these for selling our house, this was different story, wanted monies before they even start working for us. The solicitor that was assigned to us, didn’t want to do anything, he would only do something after I complained and he would then answer this phone, this not only happen to me who pays their wages, but my estate agents.
I asked them for an explanation and they tried to say I was the problem, Matt I think you know where the problem is but i think you cannot manage complaints from the email back. Anyway got better solicitors now and an solicitor who wants to help and not just sit there
