Johnathan Bridge is an amazing solicitor. He took on a case that had been refused by many other solicitors. He made me aware of cica claims, that I had no idea existed. He worked hard and over a couple of years to make sure that I received compensation for the abuse I suffered as a child. He worked with a kind and empathetic approach to my experience and did all to make sure I came away with compensation. Not only did he receive a good amount of compensation, the whole process helped me to heal and move on. Highly recommend Johnathan.

My experience with this firm was deeply disappointing.

After waiting more than a year for my case to be handled, I was met with poor communication, long periods without meaningful updates, and a general lack of engagement. As a client, I expected transparency and proactive communication. Instead, I was left feeling forgotten.

The most frustrating aspect is how the case was ultimately concluded. I was informed that nothing further could be done because the defendant denied liability. However, I possess written evidence of a partly upheld complaint in which negligence was accepted to some extent. In addition, the defendant’s own denial documentation contained what I considered to be further evidence supporting the claim.

Despite this, the firm chose to close the matter rather than challenge the position or explain in any meaningful detail why the available evidence was insufficient to proceed. After more than a year of waiting, the outcome felt less like a thorough legal assessment and more like a file being closed because it had become inconvenient.

This experience left me questioning whether difficult or contested cases receive the same level of commitment as straightforward cases that are likely to settle quickly. While that is my personal impression, it is one I reached after investing significant time and trust in this firm, only to see the matter abandoned when liability was disputed.

I appreciate that not every claim can succeed. What I cannot accept is spending over a year in a process marked by poor communication, only to receive what felt like a cursory conclusion despite evidence that, at the very least, warranted serious consideration.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

Beware at all cost not to be trusted no interview as promised. Adil Anwar lied to Age Uk Legal ins had req more evidence. Above all sent. No T&C signed. Falsely claiming for wasting a yr. Lying to all concerned. Pocketed £675 . Best to avoid at all cost dont trust.

They gave me closure on what was a difficult time in my life. You do not feel like you are talking to Solictor’s but speaking to someone who genuinely cares and wants to do not only their best for you but what’s right.
