I can't thank Kieran O'Connor enough. The moment I met with Kieran I knew he was the right person to deal with my case.
He explained the process clearly and realisticly. I felt straight away that my stress had been taken away by Kieran.
Excellent communication he would email or call on a regular basis to keep me informed. If I needed to speak with him, he was always available, or would return my calls asap.
Paperwork would be send through on the day we agreed, I never chased him at any point.
What amazing service.
Ruth, his secretary was brilliant too.
