England and Co are competent conveyancers, they know what they are doing to get the job done. The main issue I had was poor communication. I found at times I was having to chase them to ensure things got done or things were miscommunicated to me. In all, the job got done but it could have been a better experience if communication was better.

Would just like to say what a pleasure it was to use Shannon and the rest of the team to purchase a house which we completed on today.
