Always use HKB always been very helpful and very understanding weather selling properties, dealing with probate or sorting financial affairs relating to buisness. Our family have used them for years.

Terrible service, my husband need a legal advice to do mortgage consent, so we went to this solicitors, they even do not know the form meaning, they asked :why you choose us, why you ask us do it? How silly questions!! very rude. We seriously question their professionalism. Please avoid this place

Awful conveyancer. Happy for their clients to break contracts (and the law). They will ignore phone calls from other solicitors and hang up on you if you call them to ask questions. Avoid at all costs and use a legitimate conveyancer.
