Edit based on response below - We know exactly who you are, we have not made a mistake. Your company held on to our rental deposit for six weeks after it was withdrawn from a safe deposit scheme and we were fobbed off at every turn, emails went unanswered and phone calls not returned. While not directly a client we have not had a single positive interaction with your company.
