Horrible building! Been loving there for over 3 months and had only problems.
Don't be fooled by the exterior or the promises that letting agencies make. This building is not up to code! Fire alarm is not connected to any emergency services and the fire alarms inside the flats don't go off is there's a fire in the common areas. Also be warned if you want to rent / buy a studio flat that the studios have separate central heating. This never works and the property management agency will not fix it! The building is under contract with Fortis who are horrible! They will not fix any issues relating to common areas and will take me responsibility for any fires in the building! Also be warned there is no parking available and works going round the building make it messy. Stay away if you don't want to waste your time and money!
