Unwelcoming, grubby waiting area. Reception staff helpful. However handed folded document by conveyancer with no explanation of what I was signing. Had to ask for explanation and turn back to first page to determine what I was being asked to sign. Asked to take out indemnity insurance with substantial admin fee when liability was nil. Left feeling uncomfortable. Suspect they have captive audience in this area. Impression in the flesh did not match my first impression of introductory documentation which was impressive. Maybe a case of remedial training required for that individual.

I have found Devonalds to be very approachable, friendly and affordable. They offered a lot of extra services and went above and beyond in supporting me through a difficult situation.
