This company cause significant delays in processing. They have been struck off “approved firms” list for many lenders / brokers due to negligence. Often completely ignore your contact attempts and never apologise. Steven Reed was particularly unhelpful for the entire time we worked with him. I would not recommend this firm, and especially would not recommend Steven Reed.

Terrible customer service. Famously slow at processing things. They never answer the phone and when they do they make empty promises that someone will call you back and then don't. They have caused significant delays in our processing

Heard about the organisation through a friend. Very easy to make initial contact, Natasha was quick to respond and outline the next steps.
Natasha is extremely professional and yet makes everything easy to understand. All questions I had no matter how small she was quick to respond to and ensured I knew how each step of the process was going to work. As anxious first-time buyers she has made the process as easy as possible for us.

I have used Natasha Daczkowski from Graeme John solicitors in Tonypandy for several properties since 2019. I have always been treated very professional and she has been very quick in managing property purchases and sales for me. She has always given me good support around issues and the turn around is always rapid. I recommend using her 100% and would not use another solicitors firm. Her experience in this field is first class.
