I recently used Bird & Co for my conveyancing, and I’m extremely pleased with the service I received. They were consistently responsive, replying to my emails quickly and keeping me updated throughout every stage of the buying process. Even when my case handler changed partway through, they handled the transition exceptionally well. I was informed promptly and kept in the loop, which gave me confidence that my case was being managed professionally.

The only improvement I would suggest is regarding phone communication. At times, it was difficult to speak directly with my conveyancer, and the receptionist often mentioned they would ask them to call me back—but I didn’t receive those call-backs. However, I always received timely responses via email, which helped keep things moving.

Overall, I would definitely use Bird & Co again and will be recommending them to friends. Highly recommended!
