It was quite a complex estate and required a great deal of work to sort it out. Kylie got on with the job and troubled me as executor only when documents needed signing or for other essential reasons. Most impressed.

My dad and I attended today to organise his will. Kylie Kallay was the solicitor who helped us today I’d highly recommend Kylie. Kylie was kind, compassionate, friendly and informative. One of the worst services I have received from any company across any sector. Following a positive meeting where I received legal advice for a remortgage extension. Clinton, one of the firm’s directors has since gone onto insinuate that the service he provided did not occur, despite my receipt confirmation proving the contrary.

In attempt to clarify my request and address any misunderstanding with a simple call, I was met with unanswered calls, false promises for calls back and a brief, dismissive and inadequate email which did not fulfil the service we agreed and that I paid for!

I have used Bird and Lovibond solicitors in Greenford over the years and will continue to do so whenever I need a solicitor. They are efficient, reliable and professional, as well as very patient, and very kind, and happy to explain things in a way that I have been able to understand.
