Bina and Amanda were great to work with on the purchase of a property. Bina was diligent, worked quickly, and pushed back to the sellers on certain points that not all solicitors would have picked up on. There’s so many options to choose for conveyancing but I’m so glad I chose Bina to work with - especially as a first time buyer!

I would definitely recommend Bird & Lovibond (The Ruislip Brunch at least). Bina Dha was our solicitor for purchasing a new property as first time buyers. We had initially instructed a different firm recommended by the estate agency who wouldn't answer to email or phone calls. Bina was much more communicative and very meticulous in her reports with any stress during the whole process mainly caused by the sellers' solicitors. Mind you that we never managed to see or speak to Bina, which we would have appreciated, and all communication was done by emails but I understand that this is fairly standard with property solicitors.
