AWFUL. Wouldn't recommend this firm at all. This firm handled the sale of the house I purchased and the handling of the sale from start to finish was atrocious with monthly delays. Employees not checking documents properly, other documents and contracts having the incorrect sale price on time and time again, handlers not responding on time and even the case handler (Kieran) leaving the week of exchange, seemingly out of nowhere, meaning further delays as no one else was involved in the sale up to that point.
Incorrect reassurances were given regarding being ready to exchange and complete from Michelle/Chloe which led to additional costs of £700+ on the day and day after completion was supposed to happen which they have refused to take accountability for.
If they had acted with some decency regarding those additional costs due to their mistaken advice then I wouldn't be writing this review.
Honestly, please steer clear or you will regret it.

In May 2024 , I was assured all the everything would be done , and I wouldn’t need to check if the registry update had been sent , I just checked to see if name had been registered , and lo behold my name is not on the Register . All the forms had been filled out . It was one thing after another , the solicitor dealing with my
Case was Nicholas Tryer . It was a terrible experience . Now I will need to chase them to get my property registered to my name .
