Had nothing but trouble. They were slow at responding, rude and downright an absolute misery to work with. We dealt with Haylie and Daisy who both would say different things and time frames which was frustrating. Went on holiday which then pushed our buying of a property further back. Even though I'd ask what documents were needed daily and was told didn't need anymore until they'd message an afternoon wanting documents that they know we would have to order and they say this is the reason its being held up. Our final bill come which was different to originally told to us, upon arguing this it was then reduced. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they made a stressful process so much more stressful.

Used these as our conveyance lawyers through Lloyd's bank and they were excellent. Fran and Stephen both kept me up to date throughout the process and were quick to answer any questions we had. The whole process from offer to completion took around 7 weeks. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again! Thanks.

Used these conveyancers through our mortgage provider and they were nothing but good. Francesca and Stephen were always very quick at processing documents and replying to any emails me and my partner sent. In total it only took us 7 weeks from offer to moving in, which I was quite surprised about being first time buyers.

Our buyer is using them and I am really upset by the way they have supported him and handled his move. We were due to exchange contracts last Friday. They asked for the signed mortgage deed on Thursday pm plus building insurance on our property. Obviously this did not happen. Today we put our life on the line due to the last document that arrived today. It arrived at 8.57am signed for, was not uploaded until 4 30pm. If we do not exchange tomorrow, our sellers have said that they will pull out. We have all invested money's in this move....is it not time they supported their client...

Excellent service at a very good price and mostly done through email. Whenever I contacted them they were straight back to me with a reply often within 5 minutes. The actual process is a bit wearing there is so much to complete and then at the end everything happens in under 7 days so be aware but BBL took it in their stride delivering a first class service from beginning to end,job well done.
