First class communication both with Stuart and Holly. Stuart acted in my sale several years ago and has also been helpful on a couple of queries I had along the way. I had a stressful abortive sale last year and Stuart did all he could to assist me. Thankfully we found another buyer quickly and Stuart and Holly assisted in our 2 sales and onward purchase which completed a couple of weeks ago. Very competitive fees too so would definitely recommend getting a quote and the service was exceptional. Thanks guys!

Attwells have been very professional and efficient throughout during the sale of my late mum's flat. Holly always responded to my e-mails and queries quickly, and provided me with regular updates on the sale which was very helpful, whilst chasing the buyer's solicitor whenever it was required. Holly Foskett and Stuart Milbourne have been excellent. Superb communications and very efficient. Any questions were dealt with very quickly and Holly always seemed to be one step ahead, getting things ready for the next part. I have used Attwells for a purchase and now a sale. I very recently used Attwell’s Solicitors in Woodbridge to assist with property conveyancing for selling and purchasing.
I must say that Stuart Milbourne was exceptional. I have used other firms before and he certainly stood out from the crowd.
He was quick to respond to my queries and ensured, as the client I was always informed of the progress.
His reputation for being competent and efficient was high when speaking with the Estate Agents locally.
