ASHFORDS LLP

My dealings with Ashfords were through our insurers regarding a commercial matter. Our claim was reviewed by Ashfords and the assessment provided was bemusing and a lot of assumptions rather than a reliance on the facts of the matter. I referred the matter back to our insurers who paid for counsel to review the case and their findings were against Ashfords. The insurers then needed a deciding assessment and another counsel's opinion was sought, again counsel found against Ashford. 2 months were wasted by a poor initial assessment that made several mistakes. I would not use Ashfords again after this.

Professional and trustworthy

In the first instance its difficult to get them to answer the phone..when it is eventually answered...a telephone operator tries hard to not transfer you to someone who might understand what you are talking about...but promises to pass you information forward and doesn't have any names of anyone she might pass it onto...and then mo one telephones back...not a good service..you are better going to another solicitor..these people evidently have more business than they can handle or want to handle..as they all sit at home in their pyjamas...dreadful
