Myself and my partner are solicitors with 10 years combined experience. We attempted to use Anthony Gold for a property matter, and were amazed at how terrible the experience was.
I shudder to think of anyone without extensive legal experience trying to use this firm - you will get shafted!
By way of example, AG:
1. Took two weeks to draft a simple document.
2. Refused to respond to our emails or calls to discuss our matter, despite telling us they had capacity to action it urgently.
3. Used the *wrong precedent* for the document they drafted, meaning it was worse than useless.
4. Ignored our instructions about what needed to be included in that document.
5. Were unhelpful and obstructive when informed about their errors and asked to correct them.

Excellent service. I was happy with them throughout the long process of my case. I was equally happy with the end result of my case. Beth Holden was the partner on my case and she and her team have done a tremendous job and their communication with me has been prompt. I have dealt with other law firms, but AG have far exceeded in terms of communication and end result.
