Disappointed of performance, they avoiding contact . Ignoring and completely not prepared. On court case solicitor didn’t arrive! Do not use them is outrageous!

Recently approached Angela Porter Solicitors to enlist their services, and very happy with the results. Would definitely use again and recommend to those looking for a good solicitor.

4 left messages, no returned call when stated. Didn’t submit information for a week over when said.
Finally had a chat and was told that I’m not important and the legal aid money that they are given isn’t as much as I think.
Rude, slow, poor communication, no response, made to feel like nothing for asking for updates on their promises.
Avoid! Better off using a primary school pupil to represent. Also was happy to contribute to any additional fees and or legal aid.

Very poor & disappointing experience with this company.
Communication was atrocious & virtually impossible to get a callback. The advice given was poor causing me further issues. Angela Porter herself is abrupt, rude & unhelpful whilst allowing her personal feelings to interfere with the job required.
Considering this is a defence solicitor company & should be on your side, it often felt the complete opposite. The only good aspect of the situation I faced was the barrister who was very good.
