I have had a dreadful experience with this company.
Alison Bull was instructed as the mediator in our divorce.
After the first meeting, it seemed clear to me that she was not acting neutrally.
I then found out that she and my ex's solicitor had worked together as partners at Mills and Reeve, which was never disclosed to me.
When I confronted Alison about this she simply dismissed it saying there was no conflict of interest, which was not her decision to make.
Then I found out that Alison had been in communication with my ex's solicitor during mediation, without my knowledge.
When I confronted Mills and Reeve, they simply dismissed it and demanded that I pay the invoice which included these communications with my ex's solicitor.
What a disgraceful and unethical company.

Not a client but this organisation is exceptionally smart. Check out their website for full on advice and information on various subjects that is free and accessible and most importantly up to date, great industry knowledge and leaders in their field. They do free webinars and events obviously you have to join to access but worth attending for insider knowledge you will have more insight after attending any of their law related events then a paid event elsewhere. Located in trendy BHAM city centre with amazing views and eateries. Impressed!
