I do not recommend Shamroz Khaliq or ALS Law Ltd. Getting a response to an email is nearly impossible. On top of the terrible communication, they took extra percentage deductions from my winnings that were not clearly agreed upon upfront. Hidden costs and zero customer service."

Absolutely amazing service. From start to finish I been so impressed with how they handled everything. Completely taken the stress away from me with having to deal with an insurance claim. Highly recommended and I hope I don't but if I do need help with any claims in the future they will be my first call.

We highly recommend Auto Logistic Solutions. (ALS). We were involved in a RTA. Back in February 2023. And I must say the Whole team have been outstanding from start to finish in handling our claims. And further it involved an overseas insurer.which can be lengthy and diffucult . This company should be proud off how they look after their clients. With regular updates too. And speedily arranging a replacement vehicle. First class customer care from Jacob ,Vicky and the team.
