My solicitor severine simo has worked wonders today by getting my hearing in front of the judge so quick after taking on my case 4 weeks ago she has kept me up to date throughout by phone calls and emails got the outcome that i hoped for thank you again severine

I instructed this firm in November 2025 in relation to a non-molestation order. The order was granted at the beginning of January 2026, however service was not completed until 16 April 2026. This meant there was a significant delay before the order became enforceable, which in my view undermined the practical purpose of obtaining urgent protection.

During the process there was an administrative error involving incorrect personal details, which caused further delay and required repeated chasing. This was particularly frustrating as I had previously raised the issue regarding the incorrect details in the draft order.

Communication was at times slow, and I often felt I had to repeatedly follow up for updates in what was an urgent and sensitive matter.

While the order was ultimately obtained and served, the delay in progressing matters caused avoidable stress and reduced the practical benefit of the order during that period.

I appreciate the work done to eventually move matters forward, but based on my experience there were significant issues with efficiency, urgency, and case management.

Despite me emailing stating that I want no contact from a company that supports parental alienation im still receiving emails. Please can you make the Rochdale office aware that I dont want any form of contact.
