Typically when another solicitor recommends you to another company to get work done, then you will receive a call and discuss what you are needing done. The director Heather did not even take 5 minutes to call and speak to me about my request and simply said that they "do not have capacity to take this on at this time". Although two other solicitors noted that my request took minimal time to complete. I would not recommend this company to anyone who does serious business in Nottingham.

Glad I chose them. Very professional and caring from the moment I first spoke to Justine in 2015. She was the only one that understood my issue out of all places I called. It took quite long to resolve my case because of such a difficult defendant but actons did not give up on me. I am so pleased with the compensation I got. I would like to say I would use again but hopefully I will never be in that situation again
