Came on here to read the reviews , not surprised by the terrible comments. I’m on the other side and it’s been pretty bad . A no issue sale has so far taken 6 months with no date in sight . Every excuse used from them . My buyer said his mortgage company recommended them ! Avoid !

This company and its many trading names are useless. Took over 4 months for a simple no chain and FTB conveyancing transaction, and I believe are purposely delaying a sale because both parties have complained about them. Avoid at all costs if you want your sale/purchase to go smoothly.

Used Fentiman Legal Ltd as conveyancers for our recent house sale.
Found the process swift & communication pleasant & helpful.
Was a bit unsure of using a company remotely, as we are not very tech savvy...but we were guided through the process and the sale completed in less than 4months.
Price for their services is very competitive.
I would recommend this company.

One of the worst company! Please read review before dealing with! After reading all reviews about this company, I decided to cancel the case.
Unfortunately they are still working on it, while case was closed. Then received the money from my opponent and hold the money about a month with no sending the money back. I need to call them every day and they have no any information about what's going on. Representative promised to send all information by email or phone.... I'm still waiting for the response.
