We have just sold and bought a house through this firm. Ms Sarah Carter made us feel like we were her only client, Sarah really goes the extra mile. The process could have been more stressful , Sarah gave us confidence at every point. If we need a conveyancing solicitor we hope it would be Sarah.

I used the Stratford Upon Avon office for my recent house selling and buying and they were excellent. Special mentions to Christine Jeffs and Matthew Williets who were very good at keeping in touch with any developments and solved quickly and efficiently any difficulties that arose. It helped considerably that the office was very close by so I could pop in with paperwork etc when needed but the whole online experience was much easier and better than I had feared. They made what is a stressful enough experience anyway a much calmer and less anxious one. Would highly recommend them.

I cannot praise Matthew Williets highly enough for the service he provided in the sale of my leasehold property. He was professional, knowledgeable, committed, efficient, and patient throughout the process. He always responded promptly and fully to the buyers' solicitor's enquiries, followed-up on outstanding matters and was proactive in identifying solutions/next steps, and kept me appraised of progress and clearly articulated possible implications to help manage my expectations of timescales for exchange/completion.
