Unfortunately Alsters Kelly in Leamington Spa gave me conflicting advice on an urgent matter that they said they could handle. I then had to call several times after giving the instruction to go ahead as I still had not received any onboarding paperwork 11 days later, to be told unapologetically that there wasn't even a file open for me. At that point I took my business elsewhere, and I would absolutely not recommend them.

Alster Kelley solicitors are very unreliable. Broken appointments, communication abysmal, four important phone call appointments not kept. Explanations totally unsatisfactory given by Taren Sadwell. Avasive and lacking commitment in this case by promising appointments via Nazia Zubai. This case has been going on for nearly five years, with four separate solicitors dealing with it at a cost of over £60,000 and holding up a £350,000 business transaction, through their lack of response. They need to be brought to the attention of the SRA.

Firstly I am leaving a review using my daughters Google account...so onto business.....my wife and I have recently written our Wills, and have been liaising with Neil Raiseborough at the Leamington Spa branch. We found the advice given met our needs for our situation. All questions were answered in a timely fashion, and face to face meetings conducted in a friendly but informative manner.
