Average service so far
Quite slow at responding, with some responses taking over a week and prompting to respond, and a lot of questions just slip through the cracks with no response.
Typical of a lot of conveyancers recently it seems. Too high a case load I guess

We had a fantastic experience with Ann, Rhian and the team at JCP Solicitors. Our house sale and purchase was long and complicated, but their services were excellent. The communication was outstanding and it helped reduce the stress of the process. I would highly recommend them.

As a first time home buyer you hope that your experience will be a pleasant and exciting one helped by the support and guidance of your solicitor.
Unfortunately this does not reflect my experience with Howe & Spender.
I received what I would class as the bare minimum of service, very slow to respond and keep me up to date with progress, impartial reply’s to questions and inconsistent communication.
The overall experience has been extremely stressful, impersonal with no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Absolutely 5 stars for me wish there was more ! Absolutely amazing company and staff are fantastic especially Jardine Williams she was fantastic helpful with the sale and buying a new property! Had no stress jardine just took over everything and I can’t honestly thank you enough! Would highly recommend and I wouldn’t use anyone else

The Penycae has been furnished in real oak and has a lovely ambiance. Some amazing paintings line the walls, plus a real fire place with wood burner. Cosy and welcoming. They have a great menu of locally sourced food which is cooked to perfection. A real treat to eat here on my birthday!
