Team Melissa supported us through two purchases. Sadly the first one fell through but T&T was very supportive and ready to help us complete when we found a new property. We were especially grateful to Samuel for his consistent high standards when it came to his work ethic and communication. We used Thomas and Thomas for our recent house purchase after a recommendation from a friend. Initially we thought the purchase would be simple but, for reasons to do with the seller, it ended up being quite complicated. Thomas and Thomas stepped up to every new challenge to got us over the line, while always remaining calm, helpful and supportive. They really worked hard for us. Even though we're in Sussex and they're in Port Talbot, we didn't have any problem with the geographic difference and would recommend them to anyone.

Nothing but 5* for these folks.
A friendly, family run company.
We have dealt with quite a few solicitors in the area and these folks were the best, by a long way.
They couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and engaging and Sam, in particular, went well above and beyond to ensure the sale and chain remained intact. As well as Sam a special mention goes to Tom, Melissa and last but by no means least, Susan.
