Buying a house can be stressful, and we'd heard plenty of horror stories from friends and family about conveyancing solicitors. Ashtons Legal were recommended to us by the housebuilder we were buying our home from. As first-time buyers we were grateful for the team for their patience and for explaining the process to us. They outlined the costs for their services at the outset and anything additional was explained in advance, although this was minimal. Given the timing of our completion - just prior to the revision of stamp duty - they were obviously very busy but this didn't impact the service we received. Would recommend. Thank you.
