I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this firm.

My personal experience was extremely disappointing. The other party admitted liability at an early stage, so I expected my injury claim to be dealt with efficiently. Instead, the case took years to settle and was repeatedly delayed.

The firm instructed a medical expert whose evidence appeared to be seriously flawed. There was confusion regarding which knee was being assessed, raising concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the report. I was initially advised that my claim could be worth around £15,000, only to be told later to accept a significantly lower settlement because the medical evidence obtained on my behalf was problematic and, according to the advice I received, could be challenged if the matter proceeded to court.

Communication throughout the case was poor. Emails often went unanswered, staff frequently changed, and my file was passed between multiple case handlers. As a result, I repeatedly found myself having to explain the history of my case from the beginning.

I raised a formal complaint, parts of which were upheld by the firm. However, I was offered only £500 compensation, which I do not consider adequate given the delays, poor communication, and handling of my claim.

As a result, I have escalated my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman and await their determination.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
