Great experience with the Newcastle branch, from the admin team to the solicitors; incredibly friendly and professional.

Avoid for conveyancing. Service is shocking. Useless.

This company have made for huge delays in a house move due to a deed of variance taking 6 month to complete. Appalling and still not resolved

Dealing with Kian Jackson at the Newcastle branch has been the worst experience - I really advise people to look elsewhere for a more empathetic and capable company
Unfortunately I haven’t been receiving post about paying service charges on a property I own. I’ve been emailing back and forth to try and find out what these charges are as the service charge has gone from £72 up to £400 - only to be ignored but sent email after email asking me to sign a declaration so they could get the money off my mortgage company.
I eventually rang when I got some time as I’d just had a baby, fair enough this was my issue but the horrible attitude and smugness from this person was just wrong.
No empathy, no calming the situation - just threatening if I don’t pay by a certain date they will be taking legal action.
No customer service skills - someone else should be employed to deal with real people with real financial issues, rather than someone who doesn’t really care about their job or how they speak to people.

Received a letter dated 21/Jan/21 regrading an outstanding amount of £208.38, I was not aware of this.
The charge with interest was for ground rent for a rental property which I did not reside at.
The management company Kingston Property Services, who should have wrote to me, I did not receive a single letter of correspondence, instead they sent all the correspondence to the tenanted property, now unless I sleep with my tenant how am I suppose to get the correspondence??? Yes the tenant should pass the letter on to me, but that is something that I cannot control.
To add to this WBD written to my mortgage company, which is shocking as this could potentially cause a lot of stress to me and my family during a pandemic which is something we do not need and would damage my credit facility in the near future. Again the main point being I was still unaware that I owed money and the fact that WBD had written to the mortgage company. And the amount is also different it states that i owe £479.65.
Photo's will be uploaded so people can be aware of these types of organisations, as they do not care about people and have zero empathy.
All they truly care about is £££££££
I have one simple question: How can you charge ground rent on a property when you do not even have the owners correspondence address, we are currently disputing this and we will go to court if necessary.
APPALLING COMPANY!!!!
