Extremely poor communication and total neglect. I instructed this firm, signed all the necessary paperwork, and my case was transferred to Taylor Greyson. The last response I received was in September 2025. Since then, it has been months of absolute silence. They do not answer phone calls or reply to any emails.

This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with important legal matters that have strict deadlines. I have now filed a formal complaint and will be taking this to the Legal Ombudsman. Avoid this firm if you want a reliable solicitor who actually communicates with their clients.

Where do I even begin, there are not enough words to share my gratitude.

I started this journey back in 2021, after suffering life-changing injuries following the birth of my child. Even making that first step to contact a solicitor was something I went back and forth on so many times. I didn’t know if I had the strength to face it all again—the memories, the trauma, the unknown.

What I didn’t realise then was just how long, detailed, and at times overwhelming this journey would be. There were moments where I had to relive some of the hardest experiences of my life, and that is not something you can ever truly prepare for.

But from day one, I was never alone.

Kirsten Wall has been beside me every single step of the way. Through every question, every worry, every moment of doubt—she was there. Patient, kind, and always understanding. She didn’t just do her job, she truly cared. Marie and Ayla have been just as incredible, showing the same compassion, reassurance, and dedication throughout.

I cannot put into words how much it has meant to feel heard, supported, and believed during such a vulnerable time in my life. This team of amazing women have handled everything with such sensitivity and strength, never once making me feel like I was just another case. They made me feel human. They made me feel safe.

Five years later, as this journey comes to an end, I look back with so much gratitude. Not just for the outcome, but for the people who stood beside me and helped me through one of the most difficult chapters of my life.

Came in a for pre-action chat with the head of clinical negligence, huge mistake; she made it clear that she works with the NhS to keep claims out of court and also had never heard of the duty of candour imposed by section 20 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and didn’t understand its relevance to Clinical Negligence claims, even though it’s explicitly mentioned in the Pre-Action Protocol re notifiable safety incidents. She was also wearing a really gross giant diamond ring, probably from Africa?….SRA would have a field day if they were to look into that department, not disability friendly at all
