I used this firm as they were recommended to me. It started well as I was using them to sell and buy a property in Penzance while I was living in St Austell. I took my deeds and lots of other important documents into Coodes St Austell where they said they would electronically send to Coodes Penzance. They lost everything which caused me a lot of distress and would not even acknowledge they were at fault. They all turned up months AFTER the sale. They told me via an email and not even an apology! Do not use them.

It was a great experience. At first I though it was expensive at 1800 krona per person. It took the whole afternoon to see all the amazing museum they have. Really beautyfull with a great history.
