Reception staff clearly screening calls asking for case details etc.
Will definitely not use or recommend Nalders Camborne again

Waited for documents for months after completion on a property. Messages were ignored or I was fobbed off. Put in a complaint, now the person dealing with the complaint is also ignoring messages.

Very unhelpful on reception, don’t even bother phoning, reception so not care about any problems you have. I would not recommend phoning them.
