Very nice venue with great customer service and friendly staff with good sound advice.

We used Parry Law earlier this year for conveyancing. The communication was simply not good enough. I was chasing for 4 weeks for an update. No replies to emails no matter who was copied in. When calling I was asked to please send an email.. what was the point with no replies? Kept calling and finally got an update after the 4 weeks. Just to find out that critical information could have been passed on to us weeks before - we had to pull out of the purchase based on this information. I would not recommend. We changed solicitor for our current conveyancing. They are superb and communication is fast.

Would highly recommend. I recently purchased my first flat and Michelle and Adie were fantastic throughout the process. Things ran smoothly throughout with them running the transaction.

I am now dealing with all the mistakes that were made by Stephen Parry on both a commercial land where he created a whole new right to pass over without client consent, and later failed to spot a need for a covenant which I am now having to ask for. Costly mistakes which a senior partner should not make! I wouldn’t trust him with a goldfish let alone contracts of sale!

I wholeheartedly recommend Parry Law for any conveyancing needs. Michelle and her assistant Lucy were brilliant.

Emails were responded to quickly and they weren’t afraid to pick up the phone.

Their rates are reasonable and we really liked the fixed rate option when buying a home.

In particular, Michelle was extremely helpful with communication around exchange and completion and it took a lot of weight off our minds knowing she had it all in hand.

We will use them again for sure!
