Really poor experience!

I contacted Ward in August 2024 with details of my claim following a request for information from them. They informed me that this had been allocated to a solicitor (Alison Underhill).

In September 2024 I still hadn’t received any further communications so sent a follow up email to both Alison, and her secretary. No response received.

I chased this again, with no response received.

In November 2024 I called Alison’s secretary to chase this up, to be told to consider finding another solicitor as Alison is overwhelmed with work and hasn’t had chance to look at my case.

This has been in the hands of Wards for approximately 4 months, and has impacted limitation times.

Shockingly poor service, I do not recommend.

We had an appointment with Rachael Thomas to get some legal advice. Rachael was excellence, she was very competent, professional and had an in depth knowledge in her specialist field. We felt very reassured following the meeting and this was followed up by an email confirming the points discussed.
