Slow to action requests, Poor Communication, Struggle to meet there own deadlines. Got the job done eventually which is the reason for the 2 stars otherwise it would of been 1 but i wouldn't recommend them.

I strongly advise anyone NOT to engage the contentious probate team at Mills & Reeve in Norwich led by David Catchpole. From my experience, they will manage a case to obtain the highest possible fees, without regard to the strength of the case or the position of the party instructing them. Consider yourself warned and find a cheaper and more transparent local firm.

I've given one star as this firm did finally give all the information needed during a prolonged sale.
Very expensive fees for rarely answering the phone or emails to our solicitors and other professionals questions. Very slow in finally replying .Although we had to pay fees to them as part of a leasehold agreement they still refused to speak with us . Very abrupt.mannet too .If you want solicitors to act on your behalf and keep you updated or deal with issues without long delays then look elsewhere .

The family law team, namely Christine Bensley encouraged my ex wife to spend £106,000 on fees to fight a case in which we were both even. Not disclosing her pension until last minute. It left us both in a mess which will take years to recover from. Avoid
