Avoid this firm at all costs! They are totally non-responsive and cause months of unnecessary delays. They refuse to communicate with anyone—buyer, seller's solicitors, or the estate agent. Zero care and zero customer service. Their extreme incompetence has caused the seller to pull out and re-market the property. Absolutely shameful.

Save your money and go elsewhere. I’ve spent thousands with these guys and it’s taken me a year to leave a review because of everything that happened. I had a family court case and they messed it completely. They did pretty
Much nothing tbh. They cancelled on me the night before my hearings. I was under a lot of stress and pregnant and there was no real empathy. They made me feel like I’ve got no options but to just accept it. I wasn’t looked after tbh. Firms like this should think it’s not just about the money they want it’s people’s and children’s lives they affecting.

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
We instructed this firm, after a few months of letter writing, a formal round table meeting was offered to resolve a family dispute, yet the service we received fell far below expectations. During the meeting, the solicitor handling our case (AU) attended despite being unwell, which raised concerns about the quality and reliability of the oversight provided.
Although another staff member appeared to be taking minutes, we were never provided with any record of what was discussed.
There was also no follow-up advice or communication afterwards, despite this being a key reason for instructing solicitors in the first place.
To make matters worse, a letter was later sent to us from the third party which completely misrepresented what had been agreed in the meeting. Important points were either twisted or omitted entirely, and we were never asked to approve or confirm the contents before it was issued, it appears that our solicitor agreed on things without asking us first.
We were also told the meeting was considered an “informal discussion between siblings,” which was never explained beforehand. This is particularly frustrating as previous informal discussions had already failed—hence the reason we involved solicitors.
At one stage, we were asked to leave, and it appears further discussions took place without us present. No explanation or transparency has been provided about what was discussed, and even the person who was taking minutes had left with us, raising serious questions about how anything was recorded.
Overall, it felt like the firm provided little more than a room for the meeting. There were no minutes, no proper advice, and no meaningful follow-up—yet we were still charged a significant fee.
Very poor communication, lack of transparency, and a service that did not deliver what was expected

I had a fantastic experience with this firm of solicitors. Julie Hardy and Deborah Orritt provided excellent communication from start to finish—they kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions I had.
They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, putting my mind at ease during what could have been a very stressful time. Thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail, everything went smoothly, and the transition into my new home was seamless.
I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough!

I saw Mr Inzamam Ulahaq today.
He was very honest and explained the situation to me, rather than continuing to keep making appointments with me, he saved me more costs. He has given me some insight to how the Legal system works.
