This is the second time we have used Watson Ramsbottom and we would definitely use them again. They are great value for money and very competent. A special mention for Amina Mulla who was brilliant throughout our house sale / purchase. She was always very responsive (emails usually answered same day) and kept us up to date even when the chain below was slow and frustrating. Very pleased overall and would certainly recommend.

These solicitors were recommended by the housebuilder. The financial checks were completed online no problem. However, when it came to asking questions and getting answers i found myself chasing and chasing and chasing; getting nowhere. Service so bad that it was the main deciding factor in not proceeding with the house sale. I havent purchased many houses and i have not come across service as bad as this ever.

I had an excellent experience with the conveyancing assistant & solicitor for my staircasing to 100% ownership. The process was managed professionally and efficiently from start to finish, with clear and timely communication throughout.

Especially, Charlotte has been amazing and made a concerted effort to push both the seller and the respective solicitors, which was instrumental in achieving completion before Christmas.

I had a great experience dealing with Dana Mcllwaine and Kieran Taylor in Darwen branch. They have both been excellent and always kept me informed of each process. They are very responsive, helpful and professional. It’s my first time getting a BTL property and the way dealt with my case made it seem smooth and easier. Thank you ☺️

5 Stars throughout - the entire process has been 100% hassle free and I cant thank Ben and the WR team enough. To say that moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful experiences a person can go through, Watson Ramsbottom made it a breeze.
