Carla H was fab 1st time hence I returned.
As shes currently on mat leave I had the pleasure of working with Karen C was just as brilliant.
Professional, personable & great communication from both Karen & Carla.
I really love the use of the Napthens App- everything in 1 place making life so much easier. Only thing you had to fill out by hand was the contract.

She’s incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience when using Napthens as my conveyancing solicitor. Sally Calvert, in particular, is outstanding at what she does. Highly effective, efficient, incredibly thorough and overall a pleasure to work with. Be prepared she gets straight to the point and takes no prisoners but this approach is always in the best interest of the clients. When things get tough, which they invariably do, she’s great to have on your team!

I recently used the services of Karen Cockburn at Napthens Solicitors to sell and buy my new house.
Karen was fantastic throughout, extremely personable, I could always get her on the phone, she responded to my emails quickly. The nicest part, she understood my concerns or stresses throughout the process and completely put my mind at rest. She was so good, I recommended her to my neighbour.
