I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this firm.
I raised serious concerns regarding correspondence sent in relation to me and submitted a formal complaint. In my view, the issues I raised were not addressed, and I did not receive a satisfactory response to the substance of my complaint.
As a result, I escalated the matter to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman. As those processes exist to consider complaints, I will not comment further on the underlying dispute.
Based on my experience, I found the firm's complaint handling disappointing and would not recommend their services.
