I'm a first time buyer and was recommended to use Daisy as my conveyancer as a friend had had Daisy's help with their house purchase too.
Unfortunately my first purchase was aborted due to issues Daisy had highlighted from her enquiries, but after finding somewhere else I've finally got my foot on the ladder, 12 months later.
I found both Daisy and Abbie very helpful and productive and I would always get a response to any query even if things seemed to go quiet.
This is my first experience of needing a solicitor and I found it fairly straightforward. Daisy was able to advise on, what to many may have seemed like silly questions from myself who had never been through this process before.

Daisy worked tirelessly on both my sale and purchase. There were lots of problems throughout with our initial buyers which Daisy handled sensitively and with professionalism. She is incredibly knowledgeable and speaks quite openly and honestly about the best way to navigate potential problems. She makes it clear and writes things in a way which is easy to understand which I fully appreciate. She has been so helpful throughout and despite the stresses of this journey and our doubts, we have never doubted Daisy and her efforts. We are so grateful to Daisy for her hard work and will continue to use her for future conveyancing (probably not for a long time now - sorry!!)
