Let me say after taking out legal action against my former employer I contacted woollens to represent me in my legal battle.
I was guided towards Jon Dunkley who is woollens specialist employment solicitor.
Jon started proceedings against my employer and guided me through the process and kept me in the loop at all times.
My case was taken to employment tribunal to which I won due Jon’s hard work.
I can’t thank him and woollens enough and as they have solicitors for all legal requirements I know we’re I will be going if am unfortunate enough to need representation going forward.

Overall I am happy with the service I experienced using Wollens.
Chloe did a great job in responding to my communications in a timely manner and was always very polite and helpful in explaining the process and expectations on my part.
As a first-time buyer, I appreciated the clear and concise communication at all stages.
Some documents contained mistakes such as references to the wrong property or name, but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed easily :)
The only thing I can think of that would improve my experience is to have more proactive status updates from Wollens to me as the client, even if nothing has changed, just a semi-regular communication to say "It's all moving along in the right direction, waiting on ... " can go a long way to putting our minds at ease, especially for first-time buyers
Overall I am happy!
