Every time I asked for progress, I was told someone would get back to me — which rarely happened. The lack of organisation and communication made everything far more stressful than it needed to be. Very frustrating experience overall. It often felt like no one was taking responsibility for keeping me updated. I had to follow up constantly, and even then I rarely received clear or helpful responses. I’m very disappointed with the level of service I received. The process took far longer than originally explained, and no one kept me properly informed along the way. I had to send multiple emails and make repeated calls just to get basic information. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I was being left in the dark most of the time. It made an already stressful situation even more difficult to deal with.
