First, I only can get the attorney himself twice in 10 calls, so I can't get through himself almost every time. Second, responding of emails is only few minutes before he finish end of the day, so by the time I see it and then respond it will have to wait until tomorrow. Extremely poor time efficiency. And answering questions is ambiguous and uses a lot of jargon so it doesn't make it easy for me to understand. Finally, our case have been finished for more than 6 months, but the discharged has not been resolved and I need to keep following up, which leads to all the things I need to postpone later.
