Don't get back to you after many calls and emails, no updates they've lost documents and then asked for another payment to get the same document made!!!

Useless waste of time. I was told by multiple people to change solicitor for being useless and I ignored them to my own stupidity. £25,000 and 2 years lost and nothing to show for it. Avoid at all costs. They are only bothered by the cost of their time for time spent doing nothing. A bunch of wet wipes pretending to be solicitors. I would of been better off representing myself. Pathetic. Again avoid at all costs.

Myself and my partner who were first time buyers decided to use Sills & Betteridge for the conveyancing process and we have no regrets.
The team (notably Eve and Amy) were excellent at keeping us informed at every step of the process and we truly felt valued as clients.
It’s especially worth mentioning that all of our queries (of which we had many) were responded to very quickly. I have heard many horror stories of buyers having to wait long periods of time for responses and we did not encounter this at all.
Our house purchase was a very efficient process thanks to this team and I would definitely recommend this firm and would use them again.

I would just like to say a massive thank you during the process of selling and buying , more selling to be exact.
You have been excellent with communication, with emails sent over to you/ responding and the few calls that were made to yourself. You were there all of the time with your quick reply's when we needed you . You made a stressful selling process that little bit easier at times without wondering what next .
I know the process isn't over yet but we are nearing the end and you have been superb . You are credit to Sills&Betteridge and Amy is very lucky to have you working underneath her .
